October 10th-14th

We learned all about word sorts this week!  The class had a lot of fun doing speed sorts and no peek buddy sorts.  The word sorts help us better understand the meaning of words, spelling patterns within words, and the different sounds words make.  We also learned a few new math games to help us with fact fluency and place value.  We ended the week testing out the school's new Smart Course!
