December 19th-2nd

Last week was filled with a lot of fun!  We did a little shopping at the Holiday Store, performed a few readers theaters, went sledding, played bingo, drank hot chocolate, and had a little indoor "snowball" fight during our Morning Meeting. :)

December 12th-16th

It was another busy week in 2nd grade!  We started the week reading with our K Buddies and then preforming a few readers theaters in the classroom.  Later in the week we played Kahoot to review some of the gingerbread stories we have been reading and then explored a few new apps on the iPads...Scratch Jr. and Slate Math.  We ended the week with a little fun STEM challenge.  They 2nd graders worked in groups to build a gingerbread house for their gingerbread man.
