STEM Challenges

We have done 4 STEM Challenges this year and they have been a fun learning experience!  Here are some pictures :)  I give the students a limited amount of resources and time to complete each challenge.   They had to build a house for a gingerbread boy, make a boat out of foil, build the tallest tower possible using play-doh and toothpicks, build the tallest tower possible using note cards and some tape.  It was fun to watch them work and problem solve!
